The first thing for an international student to do after arrival is to call his/her family. Don't forget to call your family and lover and relax their worrying heart.    

After providing 1000 free phone cards in 2005, IS will provide 5000 free "Safe-Arrival" phone cards to new students in 2006. Each student will have at least 30 minutes to call your home country. IS encourages the friendship between new students, and suggests two students share the same phone card. Please find your partners in sharing this card.   

How to apply for a Phone Cards:
